Short Introduction
Al-Noor Association aims to support education and science activities, to provide good jobs and human development, to work in the field of sustainable development, health and seasonal projects, to provide quality education to the people of Somalia and to raise the elite youth. And in case of natural disasters help and actions for orphans and widows, and Mr Saleh i a Council member of the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World.

Saleh Sharif Sayid Ali Elcilani

Salah Sharif Sayyid Ali was born in 1982, Baidoa, Somali. He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting Department from Mogadishu University in 2008. He completed his master’s education on Economic Development in Kansas University (2009) and Project Management in Malaysia Open University.

He worked as a teacher in many education institutes during his career. He was the administrative manager of Warjanay water supply network (a partner of UNICEF) and financial manager of African Aid Agency.

He is now the board chairman of Al-Noor Social Welfare Foundation and a council member of UNIW.

Salah Sharif, who has attended to many workshops, conferences and meetings about humanistic development, construction of peace, and leadership and resolving conflicts, has an advanced level of English and Arabic. He is married and father of three children.
