3rd International NGO Fair

The 3rd International NGO Fair will be organized through the joint contributions of the Union of NGOs of the Islamic World (UNIW / İDSB) and the Foundation of Volunteer Organizations of Turkey (TGTV).

Prominent non-governmental organizations will participate in the fair alongside official bodies, including the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, Ministry of Youth and Sports, YTB, Turkish Maarif Foundation, Yunus Emre Institute, Human Rights and Justice Institution, AFAD, Turkish Red Crescent, Türkiye Diyanet Foundation, Anadolu Agency, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, AK Party Headquarters, and the AK Party Istanbul Women's Branch, creating an invaluable opportunity for networking, experience sharing, and collaboration.

More than one thousand guests visited the fair over two days during the previous edition.

NGOs representing Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, the Gulf, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and the Americas participated in the fair, displaying their humanitarian projects and institutional activities.

Insha'Allah, we will organize the 3rd edition of the fair on November 17–18 (Saturday and Sunday) at the Eurasia Exhibition and Art Center in Yenikapı, on a significantly larger scale. The fair will be structured similarly to last year's edition while removing the conference section from the agenda. We strive to create a consultative groundwork among participating NGOs.

We expect participating NGOs to prepare introductory brochures in Turkish, Arabic, and English showcasing their organizations and activities, alongside visual and audio media materials so visitors and participating organizations can gain firsthand knowledge of their work.

Through this major event, we aim primarily to foster mutual acquaintance and long-term networking among NGOs themselves rather than relying solely on external visitors, thereby establishing sustainable partnerships and cooperation.

Standard booths at the fair will measure 12 square meters, with a limited number of larger booths measuring 18 square meters.

Each booth will feature the name of the participating organization, Wi-Fi access, an information desk, a guest table, five chairs, and electrical power strips. Participants are permitted to customize booth designs if desired.

In cooperation with the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, shuttle buses will operate continuously between the Yenikapı Metro Terminal, partner hotels, and the exhibition venue to facilitate transportation for participating delegation members.
