20th Council Meeting

The 20th Council meeting of UNIW was held in Mecca, Saudi Arabia on January 16th,2016. UNIW Council Members and NGO Presidents from Turkey and other countries joined the first session of meeting.

On this first session, UNIW General Secretary Mr. Ali Kurt made the opening speech and hosted the meeting. Council Members and Presidents of NGOs made discussions to develop UNIW projects. Regarding the agenda of the council meeting, the UNIW projects are; International Family Institute, International Academy of NGOs and Annual NGOs Almanac.

Young UNIW projects such as Country Desks, Islamic World Academy also being discussed. Participants made suggestions to develop these projects in perfect ways. They also cooperate to organize 2nd International Kashmir Conference and International NGOs Fair near future. Only council members joined the second session of the Council Meeting and discussed on administrative and financial issues of UNIW.

After discussions and exchanges of ideas the Council Meeting come to an end fruitfully.
