Short Introduction
Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD), was founded by ICNA USA in 2005 in order to carry out aid activities abroad by taking an inspiration from a verse in The Qur’an: “They give food, despite their love for it, to the poor and orphans, and captives. Saying, ‘We feed you for the sake of God alone, we seek neither compensation nor thanks from you.” (Man: 8-9)
The foundation continues its aid activities in more than 50 countries all over Asia, Africa and America.
