Short Introduction
We are a Community civil Service Association established under the Turkish Charitable associations law based in Istanbul, which contributes effectively to the provision of social, educational and health services to the needy, and the association does not adopt a specific political orientation and adopts field studies in its work. Our vision: We believe that human dignity and justice must prevail throughout humanity. Our mission: support the neediest social groups in cooperation with development partners and humanitarian action, to achieve the happiness of humanity. Values: Equity and equality, creativity and innovation, Dignity and human rights, Honesty and trust, Teamwork and Shariah controls.

Abdul Jabbar Shalaby
He was born in 1975 in Syria. In 2011, he graduated from Tishreen University, Faculty of Education. He worked as a classroom teacher in Syria in 1995, a health adviser in Al Maghar School in 2003, and a teacher in the United Nations Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People 2012. He is the current President of Khayr Ommah Association.
