Short Introduction
The Association of Palestinian Scholars Abroad was established in 2009 in Lebanon, Beirut. In February 2009 a conference was held in Beirut with the participation of hundreds of Palestinian scholars. At the end of the conference, it was decided to establish a delegation that would bring together non-Palestinian scholars. The two-day conference focused on the Palestinian issue and the role of Palestinian scholars. Turkey was elected as headquarters of the Delegation to Palestine because of the ease for entry and exit.

Activities
Opened a research center attached to the delegation in Turkey
Many books on Palestine have been translated into Turkish
Palestinians residing in Turkey were brought together periodically
Many meetings, workshops and conferences on the Palestinian cause were held
Protocol signed with Islamic research centers of the world
Scholarships were provided to Palestinian students in need
Ramadan iftar programs were held

President
Dr. Nawwaf Tekruri
Received his PhD in Usul Fiqh from Aleppo University. He is currently the Chairman of Research Commission for the cholars on Non-Palestinian Religions.
