Short Introduction
Ummet Vakfi is a waqf working for the benefit of al-Quds and Masjid al-Aqsa. In Surah Isra Allah says; exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al- Aqsa, whose surroundings. Indeed, He is the hearing, the seeing. Ummet Vakfi is a waqf that encourages the Ummah on protecting and safeguarding the Masjid al-Aqsa, to keep on strugling against the de-Islamization of al-Quds and to keep al-Quds and Masjid al-Aqsa alive in the Ummahs minds. Ummet Vakif’s aims; to support Muslims in al-Quds and Masjid al-Aqsa on behalf of the Islamic world, to provide aid for the Muslims living in al-Quds, in order to keep Masjid al-Aqsa alive, to support projects by the Muslims in al-Quds and to get the Islamic governments around the world, international organizations, businessmen and community leaders to contribute and participate in the projects.
