Short Introduction
WEFA is an International Humanitarian Aid Organisation reaching out to all regardless of their religion, spoken language, ethnicity, race, region; our team is ready to help those around the world in hardship, hungry, or left wounded, homeless or disabled due to natural disaster, or war. Founded in 2006, we managed to reach out to 70 different countries and regions with humanitarian aid in a short amount of time taking with us emotions on humility. As WEFA we aim to work together to develop selflessness and a sense of solidarity through a range of social and cultural events. With no political ambition’ WEFA aims solely to help those in need and is an independent civil society organisation. WEFA headquarters are based in Cologne/Germany with an office in Berlin as well.

President
Hakan Musab Aydın
He was born in Eskishehir in 1962. He completed his primary education in this city, high school education in Istanbul Private Fatih Male College.
Starting to live in Köln, Germany from 1982, Aydın received Arabic education in Cairo, Egypt in 1987, preliminary Bachelor’s degree in Eskishehir Anatolian University between 1992-1994.
Since 1983, he carried out education activities for young people and worked in the management of different non-governmental organizations. For a while, he worked as a founder and manager of publishing house and teacher in Köln. He carried out the directorship of International Islamic Relief Aid Organization until 2004 after founding its German office in 1993.
In 1997, he founded Rainbow Youth and Family Center and carried out its management. In 2006, he founded with many friends, WEFA International Humanitarian Aid Organization wherein he is still working as president.
Since 2017, he has been working as a member of the Union of the NGOs of the Islamic World. Aydın knows German in advanced level, Arabic and English in medium level.
Hakan Aydın is a Turkish and German national. He is married and has five children.
