Short Introduction
A conference on “Problems of Muslim Students and its Solutions” was held in 1972 at Saudi Arabia, and it was then the World Association of Muslim Youth, WAMY, was founded. The outcome of the conference is the birth of WAMY. World Association of Muslim Youth is an independent international Islamic organization. Its main purpose is to bring together all the youth organizations in the Islamic world and to promote cooperation among these organizations. The organization has representative offices in Africa and Turkey, as well as many
other countries.
