Short Introduction
The World Turkmen Education Foundation was established in Istanbul on 16.12.1997 by the people who have given hearts to education for the purpose of providing services to all people by supporting the education of the Turkmen students who came from Turkey and the Turkic countries for higher education. Among the founders are M. Kemal Mahdum, Muhammet Omer Mahdum and Seracettin Mahdum.
