Advisory Offices
Institutional units operating under the Council, providing expertise, guidance and professional consultancy.
Advisory Offices operate under the Council and consist of Legal Advisory, Financial Advisory, and Press & Media Advisory. If needed, new advisory offices may be established or existing structures modified by decision of the Council.
The number, budget, duties, authority, responsibilities and operational principles of advisors are determined by the Council. Advisors are appointed by the Secretary General.
Advisors work in close cooperation with the Secretariat, offering expert assessments and opinions upon request from Union organs, thereby contributing to the activities of the Union.
Structure
Comprises Legal Advisory, Financial Advisory, and Press & Media Advisory.
Establishment & Regulations
The Council may form new advisory offices or reorganize existing ones whenever necessary.
Appointment
Advisors are appointed directly by the Secretary General.
Authority & Operating Principles
Their headcount, budgets, responsibilities, scope and operating procedures are defined by the Council.
Secretariat Cooperation
Advisors execute their duties in active coordination with the Secretariat.
Advisory Function
They provide expert opinions upon request from Union organs to support overall Union operations.
