Meeting with Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, Minister of Family, Labor and Social Services

A meeting was held with Ms. Zehra Zümrüt Selçuk, Minister of Family, Labor and Social Services of the Republic of Turkey, on 12 May 2019 at the Üsküdar Social Security Institution training facilities. Our Secretary General Atty. Ali Kurt, Deputy Secretary General Eyüp Akbal, Co-Chair of the Women's Family and Youth Commission Dr. Rabiye Yılmaz, member of the UNIW International Family Institute High Advisory Board, Dr. Sevinç Sanisoğlu participated.

During the meeting, we exchanged views with the Minister on the International Family Institute established within the UNIW. At the same time, we introduced our activities on the axis of women, families and youth, and shared information about our recent workshops, the preparations for the Family conference, which is still in progress, and our High Advisory Board meeting. We provided information about the work we have done in line with the protocol signed with the Ministry of Family and Social Policies in the past years.

The meeting ended with gift giving and photo shoot.
