30th Council Meeting (Online)

The 30th UNIW Council Meeting was convened online with the participation of council members.

The meeting commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Dr. Abdulraqeb Abdullah Hussein Obad. Subsequently, UNIW Secretary General Atty. Ali Kurt shared the agenda items.

Continuing his address, Kurt provided briefings on the action plan of the 29th Council Meeting and developments following the meeting. He then presented detailed information regarding the 4th International Online NGO Fair. Kurt stated: "It is evident before us that face-to-face gatherings cannot be conducted during the pandemic. At this stage, we have conducted preparations to execute the 4th International Online NGO Fair. We firmly believe that by providing dedicated individual virtual booths for each organization, we can organize a far more effective, interactive, and sustainable fair," before giving the floor to the UNIW General Coordinator to present on the activities of the International Family Institute (IFI / UAE).

The UNIW General Coordinator delivered a comprehensive presentation regarding the desk meetings conducted under IFI operations and the resulting strategic action plan.

Following the agenda, Hakan Musab Aydın, President of the Humanitarian Relief Platform (HRP / İYP), briefed participants on platform operations conducted since the last council meeting.

Serdar Bayram, President of Young UNIW, announced that they will organize an international youth forum titled "Digital World Post-COVID-19" and shared the program details.

Subsequently, participants expressed their evaluations regarding the agenda items and the 4th NGO Fair, expressing great satisfaction with the fair being conducted online as a pioneering initiative in this domain.
