We visited Mr. Ali Yerlikaya, who was newly appointed as the governor of Istanbul, in his office, congratulated them on their new appointment to this position and wished them success. At the meeting, we gave information about UNIW's current projects and especially the NGO Fair to be held on 17-18 November and invited them to its opening. Noting that they will attend if the program is suitable, the Governor thanked us for our visit and expressed their satisfaction with the presence of international NGO umbrella organizations such as UNIW in a distinguished city like Istanbul. Mr. Governor, who was born in Konya in 1968, previously served as the governor of Gaziantep.
