UNIW Delegation Conducts Strategic Consultations with NGOs in Somalia

Within the framework of annual international member visit programs, a UNIW delegation conducted a comprehensive official mission to Somalia, visiting partner NGOs, government ministries, universities, and Turkish diplomatic missions across Hargeisa and Mogadishu.

In Hargeisa, meetings were held with Hay'at al-Hayat al-Islamiyya, Hikmet Foundation, OIC Hargeisa Office, Munazzamat al-Dawa al-Islamiyya, and Turkish Consul General Ali Noyan Koşkan. In Mogadishu, the delegation visited member charities including Zemzem Foundation, Sahira Foundation, Sadakah Association, along with Turkish Ambassador Olgan Bekar, strengthening bilateral humanitarian and educational partnerships.
